Happy Birthday Evan

Evan turned six on October 10th. We celebrated his birthday in Utah this year while we were there visiting my grandmother. He was such a good sport about not having an actually birthday party. We did however have cupcakes and let him open his presents so his "grandma great" could see. I must be the most awful mother because I totally forgot to take the camera while we were there opening presents, I remembered later that night and could have kicked myself for not getting any birthday pictures. So because I was lame I posted this picture instead and I tell you what my Evan has got the best smile around, it just lights up the whole room.
Well, due to Evan's birthday I thought it would be a good time to say how grateful I am for such a great son. I am so proud of my Evan, he is growing up to be such a sweet kid with a kind heart. Not only is he cute as can be (he would be mad if he knew I said cute, according to him he is not cute he is handsome) he is so smart and loves school. He is good to his sisters who absolutely adore him. Hannah likes to try to be just like him, and Lexi always wants to give Evan a hug. What a great kid he is, I am truly blessed to have him in my life and amazed at the wonderful kid he is growing up to be. Happy Birthday my big 6 year old!!
