Pumpkin Carving

Last night for Family Home Evening we carved pumpkins, I took some pictures because I am not sure the pumpkins will make it until Halloween on Friday. This Arizona heat isn't good for keeping pumpkins from rotting. When it is still in the 90's at the end of October I guess you can't expect them to last. I keep hoping Fall will come. At least it is cool in the mornings and evenings now. The kids picked what they wanted on their pumpkin and Chad and I of course had to do the carving. Evan didn't like cleaning out the pumpkin, he got his hands in there once and decided it was way to slimy. Hannah wouldn't even put her hands in. But of Course Lexi doesn't let us down she was putting the insides back in faster than I could get them out. At least we have one kid who tries to help. Evan's pumpkin is the bat and Hannah's is the skeleton. I think they both turned out great. Happy Halloween!!
